Can you transport just a few items?

Yes, you can request part-load transport. Share item quantities and dimensions so we can check the space required and route availability.

How is the quote calculated?

We need the route, load size and type, preferred period and access details. Any additional services must be agreed and listed in the quote.

Is the transport dedicated or shared?

The solution depends on availability and your needs. Shared transport may involve a wider collection window; arrangements and timings are agreed before confirmation.

Can I follow the transport with GPS?

You can request a GPS tracking link to view the transport vehicle’s location during the journey. The link is shared directly with the customer as agreed. Tracking follows the vehicle; delivery is confirmed separately. Update frequency depends on the GPS system and network coverage.

Do you also transport motorcycles and cars?

Yes, you can request motorcycle, scooter and car transport within Italy and across Europe. Share the make, model, collection point, destination and preferred period. Let us know if the vehicle does not run. Availability, arrangements and price are agreed before confirmation.

Do you offer furniture assembly and an external lift?

Yes, you can request furniture disassembly and assembly and an external furniture lift. Tell us which items need disassembly, the floor, address and access conditions. The lift service is confirmed after checking the available space and any required permissions. Costs and included services are listed in your quote.

How should I prepare furniture and boxes?

Seal and label boxes, identify fragile items and prepare a load list. Agree in advance if you need help with packing, disassembly or loading.
